+++ Erster Fecher-Gerichtstermin +++
Am 13.11.2023 steht der erste Mensch im Zusammenhang mit der Räumung im Fecher vor dem Amtsgericht Frankfurt. Tatvorwurf: Hausfriedenbruch. Ab voraussichtlich 11.30 Uhr findet eine Mahnwache vor dem Gericht statt (nähere Informationen folgen bald).
Im Fecher wurde gegen den Ökozid und das stumpfe Asphaltieren und für ein solidarisches Zusammenleben gekämpft. Der Staat schützt uns nicht vor der Klimakrise. Er greift uns an, wenn wir die Dinge selbst in die Hand nehmen. Doch wir stehen zusammen und lassen uns von der Repression nicht stoppen!
Wir laden alle Menschen dazu ein, den Prozess an der Mahnwache und im Gerichtssaal solidarisch zu begleiten. Weiter freuen wir uns über Soli-Aktionen in allen Städten

+++ First Fecher court case! +++
On 13.11.2023 there is the first court case concerning the Fecher eviction at the Amtsgericht Frankfurt. A vigil will take place in front of the court from approximatelly 11.30 o’clock (more infos soon).
In Fecher people fought against ecocide and useless asphalting and for living together in solidarity. The state does not protect us from the climate crisis. It attacks us when we take matters into our own hands. But we stand together and do not let repression stop us!
We invite all people to accompany the trial at the vigil and in the courtroom in solidarity. We are also looking forward to solidarity actions in other cities.
Peace to the forest! But no peace with the Autobahn!
