Triggerwarning: Polizeigewalt (psychisch und physisch), Knäste, Schusswaffen, lebensgefährliche Situationen
Der Fecher ist geräumt. Ein Ort der für uns und viele andere so viel bedeutet hat. Ein anarchistischer Freiraum, Wohnraum und ein Ort an denen sich nicht nur eingefleischte, durchreflektiere Stadtlinke wohlfühlten, wurde mithilfe eines massiven Polizeiaufgebot geräumt. Doch von vorne. Am 19. Januar fing die Räumung an. Um 5 Uhr und ohne Licht marschieren hunderte BFE Cops ins Barrio, während sich gleichzeitig die Baumaschinen von Cattau Garten- und Lanschaftsbau warmliefen. SEK und Klettercops ließen auch nicht lange auf sich warten. Autobahn und Borsigallee wurden gesperrt und Zäune errichtet. 1800 Cops sollten den ersten Tag der Räumung absichern. Das Vorgehen der Polizei am ersten Tag lies schon nur ein Fazit zu: Ob im Baum oder in der Gesa, unsere Unversertheit, Sicherheit und unser (Über)leben waren allerhöchstens Nebengedanken. Zum Beispiel wurden Traversen geschnitten auf denen Menschen standen, es wurden Bäume gefällt direkt neben besetzten Strukturen. Auf eine Person, die sich auf einer Traverse befand wurde sogar mit einer Schusswaffe gezielt, mit der Ansage sich den Seilen der Cops nicht zu nähern, sonst würden diese schießen! Das schlimmste aber war, dass einer Person in der Gesa lebenswichtige Medikamente verwehrt wurden, weswegen diese eine Nacht im Krankenhaus verbringen musste. Wer so leichtfertig mit Menschenleben umgeht, erntet garantiert unseren Hass!
Der nächste Tag hielt dann einen neuen Kriminalisierungsversuch bereit: Menschen wurde nun auch Hausfriedensbruch vorgeworfen. Dies bedeutete über 26 Stunden Gesa mit brennenden Licht in der Zelle die ganze Nacht und als Krönung des Psychoterrors, das Vorlegen eines Haftbefehls bis zum Prozessbeginn (also mehrere Monate!) wegen nicht angeben der Personalien. Die hessische Justiz benutzt hier den zu keinem Zeitpunkt erfüllten Tatbestand des Hausfriedensbruch einzig und allein dazu die Taktik der Personalienverweigerung effektiv zu unterbinden, oder nur verbunden mit mehreren Monaten U-Haft zu zulassen. Eine Person hat deswegen knapp sieben Tage in U-Haft verbracht. Wir werten all dies als einen gezielten Angriff auf eine Aktionsform und Bewegung die der BRD immer mehr in die Seite sticht und nur weiter wächst. Alle Repressionsorgane arbeiteten hier in voller Harmonie: Von den Cops, die uns gewalttätig räumen, mit psychischer Gewalt zusetzen, die uns einsperren, uns drangsalieren und unsere Leben gefährden. Über die hessische Justiz die ihre eigens konstruierten Gesetze bricht, alles durchwinkt was Polizei und Staat sich aus den Fingern saugen und versucht Menschen für Lappalien monatelang Wegzusperren. Bis hin zur staatseigenen Autobahn GmbH die sich als Antragstellerin des Hausfriedensbruch einreiht in das Spiel.
Früh ließ sich erahnen mit wieviel politischem Druck die Räumung durch Behörden und Gerichte geboxt werden sollte. Zwei abgelehnte Eilklagen, Umweltministerium und Polizei die Druck auf die Forstbehörde ausübten um eine Allgemeinverfügung/Waldsperrung ganz nach ihren Wünschen und Vorstellungen zu bekommen , sind sicherlich die beiden erschreckendsten Fälle.
Am Ende der Räumung bleiben nun Anklagen, Verletzungen, Tränen und Schmerz übrig aber auch ein ungebrochener Wille weiter zu machen gepaart mit der Überzeugung hier genau im wunden Punkt dieses Dreckssystems rumzustochern. Es bleibt außerdem den Wald nicht einfach aufgegeben zu haben und den Cops drei ganze Tage alles an Kapazitäten, Geld und Nerven gekostet zu haben. Ihnen auf den Traversen davon gerollt, sie mit dem Wurfhaken ausmanövriert und ordentlich gepöbelt zu haben, lässt uns in diesen Tagen häufig hämisch grinsen und macht Lust auf mehr (Skillshares für alles kommen sicherlich 🙂 ).
Keine Räumung werden wir vergessen, vergessen werden wir auch nicht die Tage in der U-haft oder Gesa, keine geräumte Struktur und keinen einzigen gefällten Baum. Aus jeder Räumung werden wir neue Besetzungen sprießen lassen. Mit neuen Ideen, neuer Wut, neuen Gefährt*innen und Erfahrungen werden wir in die nächsten Kämpfe gehen. Auf das neue autonome Räume aus dem Asphalt brechen und das unerträgliche Normal dieser Gesellschaft ins Wanken gerät! Auf das die Mauern und Zäune des rassistischen Knastsystems ein für alle mal zur Staub zerfallen!

Fecher is evicted
Trigger warning: police violence (psychological and physical), jails, firearms, life-threatening situations.
The Fecher has been evicted. A place that meant so much to us and many others. An anarchist space, living space and a place where not only die-hard, thoroughly reflected urban leftists felt comfortable, was evicted with the help of a massive amount of police forces. But lets start from the beginning. On January 19, the eviction began. At 5 a.m. and without lights, hundreds of BFE cops marched into the barrio, while at the same time the construction machines of Cattau Garten- und Lanschaftsbau were warming up. SEK and climbing cops did not wait for long to join them. Autobahn and Borsigallee were closed and fences erected. 1800 cops were in the forest to secure the first day of the eviction. The actions of the police on the first day already allowed only one conclusion: Whether in the tree or in the Gesa, our safety and our survival were at most secondary thoughts. For example, traverses were cut on which people were standing, trees were cut down right next to occupied structures. One person who was on a traverse was even pointed at with a firearm, with the announcement not to approach the ropes of the cops, otherwise they would shoot! But the worst thing was that one person in the Gesa was denied vital medication, so they had to spend a night in the hospital. Those who are so careless with human lives are guaranteed to earn our hatred!
The next day then held a new criminalization attempt: People were now also accused of trespassing. This meant over 26 hours Gesa with burning light in the cell the whole night and as the final part of the Psychoterrors, the presenting of an arrest warrant up to the beginning of the process (thus several months!) because of not giving them their peronal data. The Hessian justice uses here the at no time fulfilled accusation of trespassing only to effectively prevent the tactics of the personal data refusal, or to permit it only in connection with several months of pre-trial detention. One person spent almost seven days in custody because of this.
We see all this as a targeted attack on a form of action and movement that is increasingly stabbing Germany in the side and is only continuing to grow. All the organs of repression worked here in full harmony: from the cops who violently evicted us, who inflicted psychological violence on us, who imprisoned us, harassed us and endangered our lives. From the Hessian justice system that breaks its own laws, waves through everything that the police and the state can think of, and tries to lock people up for months because of trivialities. Up to the state-owned highway GmbH which joins as applicant of the trespass to the game.
Early on it could be seen with how much political pressure the eviction was to be legaised and legitimated by authorities and courts. Two rejected urgent lawsuits and the Ministry of Environment who along with the police exerted pressure on the forest authority to get a allgemeinverfügung/cloig of the forest for the public exacty how they envisioned it, are surely the two most frightening cases.
At the end of the eviction now lawsuits, injuries, tears and pain remain but also an unbroken will to continue the fight paired with the conviction to be stabbing directly into an open wound of this shitty system. What also remains is hat wwe did no desert the forest but instead cost the cops three whole days everything in capacities, money and nerves. To have rolled away from them on the traverses, to have outmaneuvered them with the throwing hook and to have shouted and screamed at them properly, makes us often grin maliciously these days and makes us want to do more (skillshares for everything will surely come 🙂 ).
We will not forget a single eviction, we will not forget the days in the U-haft or Gesa, no evicted structure and not a single felled tree. From each eviction we will sprout new occupations. With new ideas, new anger, new companions and experiences we will go into the next struggles.Lets fight so that new autonomous spaces break out of the asphalt and the unbearable normal of this society starts to shake! Let the walls and fences of the racist prison system crumble into dust once and for all!
